What Select Company Does
Select Company provides professional language training to businesses in the greater Tokyo Area. Their clientele consists of small to large businesses who need foreign language training, and also multinational corporations who require Japanese language training for expatriate employees in Japan. Their website speaks on a B2B level to these companies, providing information about Select Company’s language training programs, and serves as a lead generating tool for Select Company’s sales team.
What We’re Really Proud Of
CTA Optimization for Increased Conversions
A major part of Select Company’s website redesign consisted of optimizing each page to have better chances for conversion. We implemented bold CTAs on all pages, with placed strategically on each page with compelling copy to increase the site’s conversion rates.
Initial contact and proposal stage
Select Company approached Humble Bunny with the need for a new bi-lingual website that was mobile optimized and updated to modern design standards. The initial proposal stage highlighted Select Company’s strengths, and how to highlight them in the strongest ways on their website.
The first stage consisted of analyzing Select Company’s existing content, on their site and in other promotional materials, to organize it effectively on the site. We Then made a plan for the sitemap and organization of the website accordingly. After this was confirmed, we moved to the next stage:
After the initial content plan was confirmed, we began to lay out the design for the website. The design incorporated the company’s existing logo and maintained the company’s brand throughout each page and each content item.
Development consisted of applying an existing theme, which was vetted for usability and performance, to the design and content. The development team added new styles and edited CSS elements to keep all pages consistent with branding. Sub-menus were also implemented on the website for ease of navigation.
Completion and Follow-Up
The site was launched and both Humble Bunny and Select Company were thoroughly satisfied with the project. Since completion, the website is still being used to provide information for prospective clients and funnel leads for Select Company. Humble Bunny and Select Company still maintain a professional relationship today.
What Did Everybody Think About It?
We felt that Select Company gave us a lot of freedom to write and control the content on their website, which allowed us to do more with it in terms of content direction and planning. Select Company was also satisfied with the website, and still uses it as their primary online communication channel.
